Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542- FREE Self Assessment tool

This self-assessment tool helps manufacturers and importers of electrical and electronic products in the European Union market, determine whether the obligations of Article 11(1) of the Battery Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 apply to their product, and whether any of the partial or full derogations provided by the Regulation are available to them. Article 11(1) requires that portable batteries incorporated in products be removable and replaceable by the end user.
